"7+8 Project" are Mikhail Mikhaylov (aka DJ Solar24) and Vladimir Neuymin (aka Chiller). The collective "7+8 project" has been generated in 2001. Since 2002 authors of own program "Transforma" in one of popular clubs of Russia where "7+8" played House music in their favourite style progressive house, tribal house and darkside progressive, become by pioneers dark movements in Russia.

In 2003 "7+8 project" has begun cooperation with young record label IQMUSIC Records (Moscow) then in 2003 they sign the contract for two singles of the 7+8 project " What " And " Mindstorm (Flash) "in the collection " It's got to be good " which included the best Russian projects.

In 2004 worked with "UNIVERSAL Music Russia" and "IQmusic" for remixes and publishing our tracks. We collaborate with "OKO"(on "HOOJ recordings")and "Koala" (on "Cuba recordings"), doing remixes of their tracks . Soon they have upcoming release "Eastern Concept" on Reticent records (USA, Florida).

The project is now defunct with both Solar and Chiller going solo with their own productions.
