Harper & Green: The Story of a Production Ambition.

Oliver Harper and Roland Green are a production duo based in the UK. Since the early 90s they have shared a love of all things dance music, especially progressive house.

Roland has been a successful DJ, working on radio and running club nights in his home land of New Zealand. Oliver has spent time DJing in Greece and France and is an experienced sound engineer and music technology tutor.

Inspired by such greats as Sasha, Digweed, BT and Way Out West to name a few, it was a natural progression for the pair to move into production. After spending time in different countries, the duo returned to the UK and the Harper & Green alliance was formed in 2005.
                                                                                                                          

Since then, H & G have honed their production skills and scored a release on the back of the second track they ever produced together, The Fable. This track found its way to Pure Substance Digital thanks to the help of friend Joe Sweeney and along with tracks Lifetime and Find You complete a three-track EP release coming out early 2007.

Late September 2006 sees the release of H & Gs latest track Lost on US based label a:Loud Recordings.

Overall, the aim of Harper & Greens production work is to create and eclectic blend of soaring melodic sound-scapes and deep dirty bass, that excites dance floors around the world.
