Jacek (Monojoke) was born in 1983 in Kielce - Poland. He also lives in Kielce at present. Jacek is interested in electronic music for many years when he heard the goa and psy trance for the first time. At this moment he devoted his interest. However, he knew that his fascination won't pass so he searched interesting sounds. To struggle through different styles of electronic music he encountered progressive house.

His free time he devotes to create music. In his work he tries combining different elements like electro, house, breaks and tech-house. Because he is a demanding person a lot of his project was thrown away. To achieve his aim (create own style) he tries varying the sounds.

There are many artists and producers that inspires him, i.e. Sasha, Shiloh, Steve Porter, James Holden, G-Pal, Blue Haze, MAS Collective, 16b, Quivver, Hybrid, Subsky, Circulation, Max Graham, Guy Gerber, Nick Warren, Starecase, Way Out West, Derek Howell and many more.
