Juan Gabriel and Javier David are a South American duo of DJs and producers who were born in Colombia. They both began their career back in the 90īs and met each other in the year 2001.

Juan Gabriel, influenced by Underground House Music, and Javier David by the Dark Sounds of Techno , started parallelly their Dj careers in the same city. A year later they would be performing together in 2 prestigious clubs of the town (Zona Franca & Guarana) and it took them a long time to match their sound but due to an incomparable technique, musical aptitude and professionalism they achieved compatibility to a 100%.

In 2002 they became the legendary residents of the nowadays most important club in Colombia (THEATRON) and its TEATRINO room where artists like John Digweed, Deep Dish, Josh Wink, Seb Fontaine, John Aquaviva and Boy George among others.

2004 is the year where they gathered their personal experience as producers and then URBAN GAMES was born and from that artist name they worked together in order to give their sound an identity. By the year 2005 Progrezo Records invited them to take a part in its pool of artists and it is under this label they produced their first remix for the track WE CAN GO DEEP, original track from Colombian producers Diego y Cardona. This year they also produced their first track DIRTY BASS under EMI Label in a compilation for the night club Theatron.

As 2006 began they decided to renew their sound as well as their artist name by ZUR*FACE. Their track U' BREAK ME came out under Deeselecta Records in its Spring promo and later on they did a remix for the track THE ENERGY, original track from Tom Sawyer, under South Records label.

At this time their new EP (Cosmopolitan Drink) is about to come out under the label Pure Substance Digital in 2007 along with some other EPīs that will be out soon.
