Pure Substance 16th release is introduced by our fellow mate, Joe Sweeney of A:Loud Recordings. Harper & Green are a production duo outfit based in the UK. The duo was formed in 2005 and since then, they never look back. The aim of Harper & Green production work is to create eclectic blend of soaring melodic sound-scapes and deep dirty bass, that excites dance floors around the world.

They had their 1st release out on A:Loud Recordings entitled 'Lost' with a remix by Paul Mac which has seen Djs like Quivver, Andy Moor, Hernan Cattaneo supporting it, a remix of Section 75 ft Penny - Locked Heart is due out in Feb 07 on Source of Gravity and forthcoming on A:Loud, 'Bahrain' with remix by Tim Fretwell. In addition to all that, John Graham has asked them to submit new material for Boz Boz so is Micah for Rhunsong and we are proud to announce Harper & Green on PSD with Lifetime E.P that will surely find favour with all the jocks. A release that got it all, from huge peaktime progressive houser with driving feel to deep twinkling melodic synth accompany by lush vocal, this is PURE SUBSTANCE.

Brisker & Magitman, Israel - Must tell that it's an amazing one. Each track is fittable in different part of the set. Great job by Artists & You.

Michael Dunham (Muzak, Om Records, Om Hip Hop) USA - 1) Lifetime: Wow what a huge track, nice vocals, this one just grabs hold of you. 4/4 driving backbeat. You can really lose yourself in this track after a couple of drinks. The layering is fantastic. Adding the spoke work split down is fantastic. 2) Find You: Depeche Mode comes to mind at first sound. What a great track. This one sweeps you away on a vocal upon fx over and over with added sounds just keep your ears searching for more. Deep synths act like bass lines a top the 4/4 house back beat. Very well constructed and really grabs hold of emotion. 3) The Fable : Progressive house meets the scary new skool break atop angelic sounds of pain. One battling over each other. Escaping but then are rescued. Very epic track. For lovers of Nu Breed, Saeed Younan, Hybrid.

Chloe Harris, Balance Record Pool - Lifetime: very pretty and soothing beats. Like the mellow vibe. Good warm up. Find You: very smooth, nice beats and great synths. The Fable: bit too older of a prog sound for me. I like the sparkling synths though.

Yves Eaux, Netherlands - MASSIVE ! I love all 3 tracks... In the right venue, they are defo delivering the goods!

Paul Kwitek (Existence, Proton Radio) Canada - Lovin all tracks on this release. Lifetime is my fav out of the bunch. The guitars are so neat ! and then the vocal drops in making this one a big tune for me.

Flash Brothers, Israel - 'Lifetime' is our favorite one here. Might play in Hollywood this weekend as we play there on the Oscars weekend..

Ron Levy (Shylock) USA - Big-room, feel-good cut..working at the right time...

Kevin DuRard (Cobalt Nightclub/Rouge @ 59 Lake) USA - This vocal mix of 'Worked' creates an incredible sexual and emotional atmosphere that is perfect for after afterhours. I can't wait to try this on the dancefloor.

Edan Everywhere (Listen to Reason/Brown Paper Bag/Oblivion Fringe) USA - Lifetime: I love the deep eerie bassline ! Well produced. Would be great in a large room.

Sean McClellan (Bedrock/Source of Gravity/Gravitation/Silver Planet/VinylVice/Helvetica/Bellarine/aLoud) USA - Lifetime: Solid release from the boys. Nice big progressive lushness! Worked You : Solid peak time MONSTER. Will be playing loads. The Fable: Nice laid back feel to this one. Reminds me of old Sunday Club stuff. Brilliant ! Will play loads.

Naveen G (Proton Radio / Feedback Bookings / Yoshitoshi / Toes in the Sand) USA - Really big room prog stuff. Should do well. A bit trancey in parts but has good widespread appeal. Very accessible tune.

Thee-O (Biohazard Productions / Biohazard Digital) USA - Lifetime has the quality. It is a great piece of work.

J-Punch (Hook The Captain) USA - These are really nice sonically. Very pretty. Not really playing anything like this at the moment though. 7/10

Kevin Shiu, Canada - Hands in the air epic track. I like the bassline on Lifetime.
