Nomean
[  ] Hungary  Janos Varga, alias Nomean was born in 1981 in the heart of Europe, Hungary. He has been engaging in music since his childhood, thanks his parents who sent him into a music conservatory when he was young. His interests in electronic music started in the early 90’s. He was collecting, listening to them and trying to make own music as well. Nomean used Fast Tracker and Impulse Tracker softwares which were quite popular at those times. Later he changed them to Reason and also checked out Fruity Loops.He had been already making music until the age of 21 but only for the enjoyment of his friends. After the good and promising start, he took a six years long break to concentrate on other life issues. Fortunately in the spring of 2009 he returned into musical life with his double live set selection, and since then has not stopped creating mixes, remixes and own tracks.
His first EP was released on iTunes and on other online music stores. At that time he had been known as ’Gnetic Vibes’, later he changed his name to ’Nomean’ which is supposed to be the final one. His return in 2009 also meant a change in his musical goals. He decided to create an entirely different and unique world of sounds which defines his personality, views and taste using an essential and versatile language of music. His mixes are hand-picked, his tracks are precisely edited sound by sound. In the last few months he has been quite productive, creating more remixes and a lot of own tracks."
